“For all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God” Rom. 3:23
Jesus the promised Messiah came to serve, not to be served. Obedience to do the Father’s will of salvation is an act of service with God’s divine love through the Son. Jesus came to be one of us and lived with us to die for us so that will be raised to live again with Him and the Father now till forever.
Jesus came to save, not to condemn us sinners. He offers Himself to pay the price of redeeming souls from the bondage of sin. Jesus fights the sins and loves the sinners. The spirit of love Jesus receives from us the Father won for us an undeserving privilege to be united with Jesus and the cross sharing us the victory over sin and death saved by the faith in Christ Jesus as Lord and Savior. We are called to serve and identify with Him declaring we’re His disciples (not just believers) making use of life to love.

Delighting in God
Delighting in God the Psalm 84 way! The temple represented the presence of God on earth, and the Psalmist was delighting in His presence. As woke up each morning and whisper to God, “Good morning Lord, I love You LORD, speak for your servant listens.” This is supreme delight to our GOD and a plus factor if we obey and surrender lives to Him. God is surely glorified when we are delighting in Him, and if He was glorified, blessing will overflow indeed!
Loving Him His way is another awakening that draws us deeper in GOD. “And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.” As Jesus asked Peter, “Do you love me more than these?” Our answer is our depth in Him.

Awesome Love
“For there are faith, hope, and love but the greatest of these three is love.” I Cor. 13:13
Our church speaks strongly about family, church, Jesus – the living Word. The church stands for members to live and experience love relationship with GOD, family and all others. To love one another is Jesus’ last and greatest commandment. If we love Him, we obey His command. It’s just not living those who love us but we are to love our enemies, the unlovable and difficult to love, those who give us pain and sorrow, and those who don’t know… the whole world stares for love and do not care. “Heart growing in love with GOD, but not growing in love with lost people is a deception (C. Ingram).
Thru our church, I’ve realized that loving is just not trying; it’s training and discipline with the energy of GOD. Having experienced that special love for the Father thru Christ each moment is awesome! Awesome Love! Let’s share and serve that same awesome love to one another. It’s not what we can do but what GOD can do to us. We can all be believers, Disciples of Christ, serving GOD and one another experiencing an awesome love!

Thank You Jesus for paying our sins
“When they had come to the place called Calvary, there they crucified Him.” Luke 23:33
It’s been a long weekend, a wonderful and relaxing time we spent for our family. Some went to their province; some went to the beach and have bonding with friends and family, and some took that opportunity to have their reunion. With those days that have past take me in assessing the true meaning behind HOLY WEEK, and these are the things that reminds me of being blessed because Jesus came into my life.
When Jesus died on the cross, He paid for the sins of human race. Only those who believe on Him, however, can receive His loving provision. The sacrifice of Christ is sufficient for all, but it is effective only for those who place their trust in Him.
As the Lord Jesus hung on the cross, two criminals were crucified next to Him. One of those men is now in the place of the lost—his doom in hell forever sealed. The other is with Christ—his place in heaven assured for eternity. Their contrasting attitudes toward the Man on the center cross made all the difference.
One of the criminals railed at the Lord in unbelief. The other cried out in faith. “Lord remember me when you come into Your kingdom” Luke 23:42). To him Jesus said “Today you will be with me in Paradise” (v.43).
We are all represented by one of those two men. We either believe on Christ or we reject Him. Our eternal destiny depends on our decision. Jesus said to Himself, “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already” (John 3:18).
Holy Week has past; let’s thank Jesus for paying for our sin. If you haven’t trusted Him, do it today! At Calvary’s cross, we stand at the crossroads to heaven or hell.

Great is the LORD and greatly to be praised!
Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised! So many answered prayers, so many Word from Him through the scriptures (we thank our Pastor who used by God to share His will for us) especially from the book of Psalms.
What more did God teach us? That prayer is not just speaking to GOD-prayer is also listening to Him, the still small voice of Him as the Holy Scripture is read and studied. Listening to Him is founded on two things; first, that GOD SPEAKS; and second, that our listening involves our OBEYING. Obedience is walking in surrender to God. Self decreasing, Christ increasing! Success is different from fruit; GOD is the only one who will allow us to bear fruit if that’s His will for us especially when our lives are surrendered to Him.
One author wrote, “Surrender is an act of prayer; and prayer an act of surrender. It is hard to surrender to God because we do not pray. He who prays well surrenders well. Likewise, he who surrenders well prays well. A soul in true prayer leads to a soul in true surrender. And a soul in true surrender nourishes a soul in true prayer. True surrender is to be rested in the perfect rest of God, even amidst of trouble, turmoil and strife. This kind of rest launches us into the depths of God.”

Reading: very beneficial to kids (Part I)
There are many benefits to reading to our kids and below are some of those benefits. Ill try to list and describe them. First, let us know the meaning of reading according to Macmillan dictionary, Reading means an act or practice of one who reads, Reading is the cognitive process of deriving meaning from written or printed text(from wikipedia). Reading to a chilld makes it easier for him/her to (1) develop speech and language and I recommend to us parents to read to our children aloud as early as possible. (2) vocabulary and pronunciation improvement, by looking at a colorful picture in a book or a word and then hearing how it was pronounced out loud, kids can learn new words along with their pronunciation. (3) preparation for school, kids are ready to go to school when they can attend or listen to what someone else is saying, learn and participate in structured situations such as story telling / story reading and focus in and listen to one central person in the classroom. Reading to child is great way to prepare a pre-schooler for the school environment. On a greater level, kids wiull get used to hearing stories and following sentences. This will be very helpful when they start to learn about grammar and sentence structure.
Ill discuss the next three benefits on my next post. Start to spend more time with your kids and let them explore new things with the power of books through reading.

Do not talk to strangers!
Do not talk to strangers!
It was a wonderful Monday when I started my day with a meaningful breakfast with my lovely wife then prepare ourselves to go to work. I attended the weekly flag raising ceremony which we always do every Monday, after the event I went to the administration's and ask for the status of my proposal, getting some instructions from my boss. I thought of having the usual routine that day. When I’m about to have my lunch, I went to the nearest fast-food to have my lunch and to my surprise I saw my youngest sister waiting for somebody, then I approached her saying “what are you doing here?” she told me “I’m helping an old woman who’s about to rent a truck to load her stuff, she gave me this purse with a 20,000.00 bucks inside, she told me to wait here” I was alarmed and asked her “where is your cellular phone?” then she told me “she gave it to an old woman as a collateral for her purse full of money” then I took that green purse and open it, it was a bundle of paper. I told my sister that she was victimized by a group of swindlers called “budol-budol gang” then my sister was shocked and terrified, in a little while she cried and feel sorry for what happened. It feels so sad to know that out of my sister’s desire and concern to help to others she was mistreated and offended by this budol-budol gang (swindlers).
A little of advice to every one of us, if someone asking for a help like “can you assist me looking for a rent a truck/car or even where to buy this things? After that they will ask you if they can leave a bundle of money inside a purse or hunky if you’ll lend them important things that you have like mp3, ipod, cellular phone, jewelry ” be sensitive and don’t let them stare at your eyes because there’s a possibility for you to be hypnotized. One of the best things to do is refer them to a police man or a man in uniform to assist them in their queries and the one that our parents at all times telling us “Don’t talk to strangers!”
