Understanding an Active Adult

Being an active adult refuses one to retire. What will they do with their time? Everyone matter.

For many active adults, life and their worth have always been linked to the amount of work they had achieved and oftentimes find themselves unsettled or deppressed with the "excess time" they have.

Granted that weary bones--or even incontinence--narrow the spectrum of activities to choose from, retirement a wonderful time to start a hobby--establishing partnership or working with active adults are somehow exciting and a wonderful experience.

As the saying--You can't teach old dog new tricks, think again---That active adults ages 60 and above may just be the 40 generations or less. Scientists used to think intellectually sooner peaked at age 40. Now they know better. Recent research confirms that the human brain retain an astonishing degree of plasticity and capacity for learning throughout life. But going for a sharper mind not only means catching up on one's reading. Depending on your current health.

Actually, working with these active adults are meaningful and unforgetable, beacause i've learned alot from them. There are many this i've learned from them and one of which is patience because they are moody many times and you need to extend and extend to the highest level your strand to understand them, emotionally challenge because you need to be more sensitive to their feelings and many more...maybe ill discuss it again to my next post, i need to go now to fetch my lovely wife and have a romantic lunch with her. Let's LOVE more the active adults around us, be happy and blessed.
